All domestic US based delivery issues become the responsibility of USPS once it’s been shipped from our warehouse or suppliers. You can contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 to locate your package at your local post office. If your are seeing these issues outside of the US, please contact us and kindly provide your order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can cancel your order at any time before your order is shipped out. We ship our products from different warehouses around the world, for a better service we'll send you the items from the closest warehouses to your location, that’s why some items arrive in different times because they were sent from different warehouses, be sure to receive your items we are working nonstop to assure that.
Some of our products are handmade that’s why delivery time will differ from one piece to another. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email left at check out.
There will be tracking number provided for these countries: United State, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, France, Germany, Russia, Turkey, Denmark, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau! For rest of the world, you can still receive free shipping but no tracking info will be provided.
